In this Grapefruit IPA, we combined fresh grapefruit with hops that are known for their grapefruit character to create an unmistakable zesty flavour!
To get into the specifics, we have brought together Cascade, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, all backed up by big doses of fresh grapefruit and pink grapefruit zest. Hops resins and citrus oils lead the charge in this West Coast style IPA.
