This mixed fermentation style beer is created using a beautiful golden ale, then blended with a spontaneously fermented Bramley apple cider from McIvor’s cidery, and aged in French Chardonnay Barrels.
It delivers an acidity kick followed by a dry and subtle maltiness which ends with a refreshing thirst quenching fruitiness.
