A full and bright aroma of tangerine and apricot underscored with grapefruit, cedar, spice and pineapple. The body and mouthfeel is distinctly crisp with a hint of minerality from a decidedly harder water, along with a fuller and rich malt character of biscuits, honey and caramel and lots of fruit.
