West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. It is non chill filtered and also bottled without added colour at 43%
