Rosato "Lolì" is a Tuscan sparkling wine from the province of Pisa based on 100% Syrah grapes. The wine is made using the old ancestrale method, so it is bottled with yeast lees, and the style resembles the popular Pét-nats. The wine has a pink color and in its aroma you can smell notes of red currant and raspberry, rose petals and notes of grapefruit or green apples. The taste is fresh and lighter, with a soft creamy pearl and a currant finish. Highly drinkable wine, serve well chilled. Unfiltered, no added sulphur.
The wine comes from Syrah grapes, harvested early, specifically in mid-August. The vineyard is called Monteromboli, the vines on it grow at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The grapes were harvested by hand.
