Its uniqueness lies in the varieties that compose it: white Tempranillo and Viura.
Traditionally, Rioja whites have been mostly based on the Viura variety. However, the approval of new varieties by the Regulatory Council has allowed research into new possibilities, new blends and, of course, the ability to carry out projects that transmit new sensations.
For Talla Diamante, different plots have been selected based on the premise that the age of the Viura vines should be over 30 years. Strains rooted in clay-limestone soils in the westernmost area of Rioja.
