This cider is made from a fusion of the finest rhubarb juice extracted from the produce of Robbie
Fitzsimmons' farm (of East Ferry, County Cork), and the soft caressing flavours of fresh apple juice.
This all-Munster affair contains a complex range of flavours with tart rhubarb characteristics
complemented by full bodied apple notes that create a smooth medium dry finish.
