Plant Sugar treads familiar territory, but amplifies it up to the max for our biggest sour beer to date. The brew plans for this beer simply read "Rhubarb & Quince = LOADS", and boy did we take that one seriously. These awesome fruits meld together for a wonderful jammy tartness, before mellowing back around with a kick of sea salt to keep things interesting. Roll on 2021!
