Pollys Brew Co Oh My. Sabro is a hop we’ve been on the periphery of, but haven’t had the chance to brew with just yet. The newest hype hop finally landed in our cold store just as we were arranging a collaboration with our friends at Chamonix-based Big Mountain Brewing Co, and it seemed as if it were written in the stars to use this hop for the occasion. Paired up with a Polly’s stalwart in Citra, and named for Scott’s truly awful George Takei impression, this beer is absolutely massive on pineapple, coconut, and creamy tropical fruit flavours.
