The Paul Blanck estate traces its history back to the 17th century. Located in the village of Kientzheim, Domaine Paul Blanck produces wines that are balanced, terroir-expressive and versatile.
This wine was produced from certified organic vineyards with 35 year old vines and fermented using indigenous yeasts. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats and aged in large, neutral oak barrels.
Tasting notes of citrus, particularly lime, mineral, lemon verbena, green apple, fresh pear, apple skin with notes of flint, mango and ginger on the finish.
