Our first foray into 'clean' hoppy territory features one of our favourite hops - Citra. We kept the malt bill very simple, using Irish stout malt as the base with a touch of Cara gold for a little caramel sweetness & colour.
The big American Centennial & Chinook hops were used in the whirlpool before fermenting with a fruit forward yeast strain.
Lashings of Citra were added as the dry hop which give this APA a big lemon & pine aroma with more lemon & tropical flavours on the tongue.
