Ngudrà is a meeting of passion and experience, of different cultures and elements capable of expressing the typicality of a territory strong in its uniqueness: Salento. It reveals a deep red color with purple reflections in the glass. The rich, complex and varied bouquet stands out with its clear fruity hints of plums, morello cherries, blueberries and berries in jam, well integrated with toasted hints, cocoa beans and coffee. On the palate it is broad and enveloping, with a structured but delicate tannin, fading into a persistent and pulpy finish. It lends itself to accompany baked first courses, red meats combined with robust and flavorful sauces, spicy cheeses.
