We have deviated slightly from our usual IPA grist with the inclusion of Crisp Malt's Caragold - bringing flavours of toffee and marmalade into the beer. Simcoe leads the dry hop charge bringing bright citrus and grapefruit aromas, supported with stone fruits, pine and spice from Chinook and El Dorado.
