This Method & Madness release started it's life in both Bourbon and Sherry casks before being finished in Wild Cherry wood casks. Cherry timber is semi-ring porous as opposed to ring porous like oak and chesnut. Meaning that it is not as strong or water-tight when used for coopering. Notes of fine wine, capers and ginger spice. Limited release of 2500 bottles.
Nose: Box Hedge Clippings, Coconut Fibre, Shredded Ginger
Taste: Fresh Green Herbs, Black Tea, Pot Still Spices
Finish: Long and Fresh, Prickly Spice, Toasted Hazelnut
