The vineyards at the winery "Martin Wassmer" from Schlatt / Markgräflerland are intended for approx. 35 hectares. The vineyards have old vines located near the idyllic wine towns of Dottingen, Laufen, Auggen and Schlatt. Especially this sweet wine basically has a "long life". These sweet wines are a pleasure to be allowed to follow..... During production, aging takes place in oak barrels.
Martin Wassmer has for several years presented a consistently high level of quality at Ölberg Gewürztraminer .
This sweet wine goes really, really well with ice cream/desserts with flavor notes of peach or just as a meditation wine.
