Grapes: Negroamaro & Malvasia Nero
Wonderful rich wine made from Negroamaro & Malvasia. Fruit is sourced in the warm southern Italian areas of Brindisi & Lecce in Puglia.
Originally made using wide ‘Palmenti’ stone basins to crush the grapes invigorating oxygen dissolution & pigmentation extraction. Today stainless steel ‘Palmenti’ are used to the same effect.
Full bodied & concentrated offering gob-smacking dark berry fruit flavours & notes of spice.
Perfect with steak, lamb, venison & bbq pork.
