Hand-harvested organically and biodynamically grown grapes. Only wild yeast from the grapes has been used for the fermentation. Very limited So2 is added during bottling to give a stable wine, the majority of the So2 comes naturally from the vinification. The wine has after vinification been stored in steel tanks before passing through a careful filtration prior the bottling.
The producer is one of Italy's leading biodynamic producers and the wine falls under the category of natural wine.
The wine is Demeter certified, one of Europe's strictest biodynamic certifications. The wine is also vegan friendly.
Taste profile: Very crisp with hints of citrus and stone fruit in a refreshing and dry style.
