Aged for a year in Sherry Oloroso casks that once held Irish whiskey, Spear delivers bold whiskey character layered with chocolate and roasted coffee from a blend of caramel and roasted malts. A gentle sherry finish imparts silky smoothness, perfectly balancing the stout’s 13% ABV strength.
