A special-edition 21-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from Knappogue Castle, matured exclusively in a pair of ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of orchard fruits, apple pie, clove, cinnamon and toasted oak fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.
