Solessence Brut by Jean-Marc Sélèque, a fresh and fruity champagne that is a pure representation of the Sélèque style, opens the range from this champagne house.
This cuvee is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizy, Vertus and Boursault, and is made partially in stainless steel vats (90%) and partially in oak casks (10%). It benefits from malolactic fermentation to smooth and enhance the aromas and is dosed as a Brut champagne (7g/l).
The Sélèque Solessence Brut is matured for between 18 and 30 months before being released.
