El Occidental’s mezcal range is an attempt to shine a light on the variety in the spirit across western Mexico. This Puebla expression showcases the interaction between the mountain climate of Acatlan de Osorio and maguey tobala (Agave potatorum), for a mezcal with a smooth floral aroma and harmonious balance of mineral and bitter, before a flash of fresh agave.
