El Occidental’s mezcal range is an attempt to shine a light on the variety in the spirit across western Mexico. This Oaxaca expression showcases the interaction between the climate of the Zimatlan de Alvarez highland and the Agave angustifolia, for a mezcal with herbal and floral aromas, medium body and a subtly saline finish.
