El Occidental’s mezcal range is an attempt to shine a light on the variety in the spirit across western Mexico. This Guerrero expression showcases the interaction between the microclimate of the region and maguey papalote (Agave cupreata), for a mezcal with a complex, sweet aroma, then crisp herbal and floral notes leading into a lingering finish.
