One of the few estates in Sancerre to harvest entirely by hand this wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in tank for at least 4 months before bottling.
The nose has lovely citrus - grapefruit and lime zest with minerality and vegetal notes. The palate is dry and fresh with lots of ripe citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit) with a touch of nectarine and passion fruit. A long, zesty teeth-costing finish with light creaminess and some smoke
