Diplomático Single Vintage 2008 is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, bringing together unique reserves that have developed exceptionally over time. These reserves are carefully assembled into vintage batches from a single year of distillation. After spending twelve years ageing in ex-bourbon, ex-single malt whisky, and new American oak casks, the spirit is then further matured for an additional year in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Expect aromas and flavours of smoked wood, coffee, and chocolate, followed by hints of vanilla and ripe fruits.
