100% Palomino
Wine with oxidative aging, made from the Palomino variety, with about 5 years of aging using the solera and criadera system in American oak barrels. Its alcohol content is 17.5% vol.
Amber in colour, clean and crystalline, it exhibits complex aromas and notes of dried fruits, such as walnut and hazelnut, with nuances characteristic of wood. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, and round, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
The perfect wine to complement a meal exclusively with generous wines, as the Oloroso is an ideal wine for main dishes, making it a great companion for all types of meat stews.
