Situated on the banks of the river Arno, the Cappaiano Estate is at the heart of an exciting new area of coasted Tuscany. Producing wines of great complexity and concentration, Ceppaiano adds dimension and vibrancy to the traditionally Sangiovese based Tuscan wines.
The Chianti is mainly produced with Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in the western part of the Chianti area, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea. The constant sea breezes, the particular luminosity and the Mediterranean climate allow us to obtain ripe grapes with enough sugars to produce a dense, fruity and velvety Chianti made with great care especially for those who love the uniqueness of this wine and the beauty of the Tuscan coast.
