Casa do Sol wine , a traditional albariño, with character, made in a natural and reasoned way, harvested by hand, pampered in its maceration and aging on lees with native and own yeasts. A wine with memories of the sea.
Family winery located in the 16th century Pazo “Casa Do Sol”, 60% of the vineyard is in the Ulla Valley and 40% are unique vineyards in Salnés.
The "Casa do Sol" wine is based on reasoned and natural viticulture where the most important thing is the monitoring and work of the vineyard from pruning to harvesting. In the winery, we work by applying an intuitive and little interventionist oenology.
It is harvested manually bunch by bunch, the grapes are selected and a cold film maceration is carried out to enhance the primary aromas. Fermentation is natural thanks to native and own yeasts.
Aging: 10 months on the lees, then in the bottle as required until the desired quality is obtained.
