Made with Tempranillo from vineyards from the 3 sub-areas of Rioja with different types of soil: Rioja Alta, Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Media on the north-facing slopes of the Sierra de la Demanda
The wine is aged in medium-toasted French oak and American white oak (Ohio) barrels for 30 months, with a racking every 6 months to facilitate natural clarification. The wine then remains in the bottle for 6 months for refining.
