Made with Tempranillo from vineyards from the 3 sub-areas of Rioja with different types of soil: Rioja Alta, Rioja Alavesa facing south and Rioja Media on the slopes of the Sierra de la Demanda facing north.
The wine is aged in medium-toasted French and American oak (Ohio) barrels for 12 months, with a racking every 4 months to facilitate natural clarification.
Tasting Notes:
Colour : cherry red with ruby edges, bright and attractive.
Nose : expresses subtlety with the presence of red fruits, balsamic and spicy touches.
Palate : very tasty, with good acidity, balanced and elegant on the palate. With a smooth and intense finish.
