Our Sloe Boat Gin has been made by steeping wild-harvested sloe berries for 6 months in our Double Gin.
We finish the process by adding a wild Fermanagh honeysuckle syrup which gives a more balanced and natural sweetness.
The carefully crafted balance of flavours brings harmony to this spirit - intense plum, almond and berry fruitiness from the sloes and soft sweetness from the honeysuckle accompanied by our juniper-forward Double Gin - giving you the perfect mix of dry, sweet and tart.
