The beer’s pale, almost straw-like yellow hue transforms into a beautiful opalescent gold, thanks to the pronounced haziness characteristic of the style. Beneath a snowy, creamy head lie unmistakable aromas of mango and passion fruit, closely followed by a bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruit and faint herbaceous notes on the finish. A soft grain base lends a rounded body to the palate, while a restrained yet persistent bitterness supports the explosion of tropical fruit promised by the aroma. What more is there to say? A perfect storm.
