Benromach’s Contrasts series departs from the distillery’s usual style and this time its Speyside malt is made punchier with higher levels of peat smoke. It was matured in bourbon barrels, resulting in notes of coconut, milk chocolate, bonfire smoke, honeycomb and stewed fruits.
