Made from exceptional parcels of grapes, the Casella family's 'Limited Release' range aims to show the ability of Australia's best wine regions. This was made in in the up-and-coming Wrattonbully region. Here, a cool climate gives grapes a luxurious ripening period, resulting in a deep, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft, fine tannins. This has notes of blackcurrant, vanilla and cedar. Decant for an hour and serve at room temperature with lamb or cellar for a decade.
