Impenetrable ruby red color, in the nose red fruits, black cherry jam and almonds. The palate is slightly sweet, warm, soft, intense and with the typical almond finish.
Pair with: Red meat cooked with fruit, liver, game, chocolate cakes, tarts or black cherry berries, cheese with mustard or jams.
