Named after the farmers who grow and harvest agaves, El Jimador Blanco is a double-distilled Tequila, which is rested for 40 days in casks before bottling. You will find lightly refreshing notes of stone fruit, bergamot and candied citrus, leading to white pepper and subtle hints of dried herbs and clay on the finish.
