Hills and Habour Gin aims to ensure all five basic tastes are hit, with elements of sweet (mango), sour (orange), bitter (Noble Fir), salt & umami (seaweed). The gin is distilled in-house at Crafty Distillery in Scotland, a 'grain to glass distillery', meaning they are one of just a handful of British distilleries to produce their own base spirit - a process which takes an additional 10 - 12 days and uses local wheat.
