La Chouffe is a blonde Wallonian ale, which in unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle. It has a fruity taste and is spiced with coriander. It is a well known Belgian blonde beer and recognised by the gnome picture on the label. In 2016, it was awarded a silver medal at the World Beer Awards for the category of “Belgian Style Tripel”.
