The palate displays generous bright flavours - Morello cherry, hazelnut, raspberry and darker berry fruits, all wrapped up in a medium-bodied palate, where oak and tannin are a positive part of the texture and inviting structure. A beautiful balanced wine with strength, fruit depth and elegance.
The intense, fruity wine that comes from the Shiraz and Tempranillo grapes pairs well with red meats, barbecue flavours, dark chocolate and fruit.
