The Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested. Yield was 2 Kg/plant. Bunches were selected, crushed, pressed and the must decanted at low temperature, then fermented for 8 days at 14 degress celsius.
This wine has a bright golden colour, citric aromas and notes of ripe pineapples and peaches mixed with light tones of butter and toasted bread. The paalte is rounded and creamy with a vibrant acidity.
