This full-bodied Armagnac from Darroze was blended from eaux-de-vie grown and distilled in the Bas Armagnac region and bottled at its prime after ageing for 20 years. The nose boasts aromas of dried papayas, fruity toffee, freshly cut leather, and marzipan. The fruit-driven palate offers a range of flavours, from sweet apples to sultanas, with refined tannins and gentle notes of dry spices and dark chocolate on the finish.
