Distilled twice in our copper pot stills, this whiskey has been matured for 5 years. 25.4 is crafted from a mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, the result gives a silky yet spicy backbone with depth, sweetness, and structure.
Matured in a first-fill American Bourbon cask for 4 years and 8 months, creating layers of vanilla, toasted oak, and soft caramel before being elevated by finishing for 4 months in an ex-California Pinot Noir cask. This unique combination delivers a mouth coating mix of dried berries, liquorice and spices to the final spirit.
