The rose version of Amour de Deutz has about 60% Pinot Noir, especially from Ay, and 40% Chardonnay. It is denser and more structured than the Blanc de Blancs but also has fragrant strawberry notes and a creamy finesse.

the nose combines delicate aromas of lightly stewed red fruits with subtle vanilla notes.
Palate
The palate seduces with its aromatic richness with intense notes of red fruits (strawberries, currants, blackcurrants). Velvety and elegant, the finish reveals a superb balance between power and freshness.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, the Amour de Deutz Rosé 2009 cuvée also accompanies grilled lobster, delicate fish (red mullet, John Dory), Kobe beef carpaccio or delicate pigeon with cherries.
