Rosado Cava, pale strawberry in colour, and with a good, mid sized bubbles. There are gentle floral aromas, intermingled with fine red fruits and a light hint of baking bread, from ageing on its lees. On the palate is dry, silky and refreshing. It should be served well chilled at between 8 and 7ºC.
Pairing suggestions: Shellfish and crustaceans, smoked foods, poached or grilled fish, rice and pasta. Excellent as appetizer, matching great with “tapas”.
