Carefully harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes ensure delicate fruit flavours with a precise acid/sugar balance.
Following traditional methods without sulphur, the wine undergoes subtle oxidation, showcasing Marlborough's robust fruit characters. Gently pressed with low extraction, the juice ferments in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a complete malolactic fermentation. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier parcels are aged separately, blended just before tirage. This Non-Vintage Méthode Traditionelle matures on lees for 18 months.
The nose presents light yeasty characters with peach and citrus aromas. The palate is elegantly composed, featuring a blend of peach/citrus Chardonnay components and the light berry fruits of Pinot Noir. The mouth-filling mousse completes a full and persistent palate.
