We find a wine with a medium-high layer of cherry red color and garnet rims. A dense tear where it gives us an enveloping sequence in the glass. In the first place, we see notes of red berries, berries of fennel, scrubland, all this very well harmonized with smoky aromas from its passage through medium toasted woods. The vanilla in branch is present in the background with notes of coffee. The palate is voluminous with somewhat mentolate touches, white chocolates; the vanilla reappears and those memories of red fruit that we had on the nose persist, with an elegant acidity that makes the post-taste long. Pairing: It is a wine that we can pair with white, Iberian beef and some type of stew (cooked) Tempranillo 70%, Grenache 20%, mazuelo and graciano 10%
