Bud pruning, green harvesting and de-leafing for optimal fruit/leaf canopy balance where appropriate. Harvesting at optimal ripeness.
2015 assemblage; Merlot (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Malbec (10%)
Expressive nose of ripe fruits complimented by soft woody tones and hints of violet. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a perfect balance of ripe fruit, well-formed tannins and a refreshing finish.
