Produced from sustainably-farmed, estate-grown grapes and almost exclusively dry-farmed vines. A 35/65 blend of fruit from our Jory Hills (Jory soils) and WillaKenzie Estate vineyards (Willakenzie soils).
Hand-picked and sorted; destemmed; four to six-day cold soak; approximately 21 days of skin contact. Aged 13 months in French oak barrels (30% new).
A blend of fruit from their WillaKenzie and Jory Hills vineyards, this wine is a classic expression of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This effortless yet weighty wine glides across the palate with notes of red and black fruit.
This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with salmon, roasted poultry and pork loin. Some less conventional pairing ideas include skirt steak tacos or lamb burgers with tzatziki.
