The Two Flints team uses the finest Pilsner malt for this helles, their flagship lager, and ferment it low and slow with 34/70 yeast for a clean malt character of freshly baked crusty bread. It's hopped more liberally than a classic Munich-style Helles with Saphir and Tettnanger, which delivers subtle grassy, citrus, herbal and floral notes. Naturally unfiltered and slightly hazy.
