Brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, Irish wheat and a touch of German Munich malt, our take on the classic Bavarian Weissbier is full of that signature banana aroma and flavour with a beautiful sunset orange appearance. Named after the majestic Fairy Tree in Redcastle.
